Absolutely. Whether you need custom hotel uniforms, modern restaurant uniforms, or specialty retail pieces, we offer full customization including colors, fabrics, embroidery, and trim details to align with your brand guidelines.

Yes. Our in-house design team partners with you to create cool uniforms your staff will love. We’ll prepare mood boards, sketches, and prototypes to ensure everything feels true to your vision. Design fees may apply depending on scope.
Ordering & Production

Standard production timelines range from 4–10 weeks domestically and 12-14 weeks abroad, depending on style complexity and order size. Rush orders may be available for select branded workwear programs with fees applying on a case-by-case basis.

Our MOQs are much lower than industry standards. Minimums typically start at 6 units per style, but we can recommend options based on your needs and budget. 6-10 units is sample pricing so we always recommend ordering at least 11 units for a dramatic drop in PPU.
Fit & Sizing

We provide detailed size charts and can supply size sets for key styles. For larger teams, we coordinate onsite fittings or guided virtual fit sessions to make sure your custom hotel uniforms and restaurant workwear fit perfectly. Fees will apply for this service.

Yes. Samples are available to review fabric, fit, and quality before placing your main order. For all new clients, we will require a credit card authorization form to be filled out. We do not charge you for samples. This is only in the case that samples do not get returned or are damaged beyond use.

Pricing depends on style complexity, materials, customization level, and order volume. We’ll prepare clear quotes so you know exactly what to expect.

Yes. Larger orders and multi-location programs qualify for volume pricing. We also offer tailored pricing for recurring branded workwear needs.
Sustainability

Finery cares deeply about our environment. We prioritize eco-friendly fabrics, responsible manufacturing practices, and reduced packaging wherever possible. If you’re interested in sustainable modern restaurant uniforms or retail collections, we’d be glad to share options. Wherever possible we always try and use 100% natural fibers, which biodegrade in 6 months vs. polyesters that take 200+ years.

Yes. Finery offers full program management including inventory tracking, reordering, and warehousing, so your teams are always stocked with cool uniforms that reinforce your brand.
Shipping & Logistics

We ship globally and coordinate deliveries to multiple locations. Whether you operate hotels, restaurants, or retail spaces, we got you covered.

Uniforms are packaged for easy distribution to individual team members or locations. We also offer eco-friendly packaging on request. We always recommend foregoing the use of single-use poly bags as they are a huge detriment to the environment.
